The 4GST SAE Mount is innovative in that it combines a compact SAE bell housing mounted footprint, with a high efficiency Global Pump enclosed impeller. The design is of unparalleled robustness with an extremely low shaft L^3/D^4 ratio of 7.8, compared to the previous generation’s ratio of 121. With class-leading ease of service, the front pullout cartridge mechanical seal can be replaced in the event of seal failure in just 30 minutes with no realignment necessary.
